If you absolutely loved the first season and thought it was flawless, you are probably going to hate the second season because it changed a lot of stuff. If you thought the first season was slow and it pissed you off how much they gatekept certain aspects of the world you will enjoy the second season a lot more. I think both opinions are valid, it really just comes down to taste. I don’t think this is a 10/10 show by any means but the people who are reviewing it at under a 6 are trippin because it’s still a great show and is very unique compared to any anime I’ve seen. I think the thing that makes people mad is that it feels like it is SO CLOSE to being a 10/10 but just gets held back by writing issues. Like I said though, it’s still think it’s a 6/10 good show at worst, even if these issues bother you a lot.
