The basic idea wouldn't be that bad, but the execution is just laughable. With a decent story, it could be much better, but the narrative doesn't even try to build one; moreover, it just skips scenes and cuts some of them really weirdly sometimes.

There's no need to talk about anyone specifically, because the story makes even the offscreen characters stupid.
Art: 3
It's easy to think that women are trying to compensate for their brains with their bodies. It would be okay in a hentai, sure, but this kind of deformation is either disturbing or funny in a bad way. The censorship is not the worst point here.
Animation: 2
It would be much more entertaining to watch a PowerPoint presentation or just still hentai pictures from one's favorite anime. There are more still images than animation. Sometimes they don't even bother to create new scenes; they just put some characters in different scenes in the same pose and switch the background.
Music and sound: 4
The studio clearly didn't know how to set the volume of the voice actors. The MC sometimes sounds like he's shouting, but he's bad at it anyway.
