I saw this trending number 1 once and was like oh that art looks pretty.
Five episodes in and I was invested! It’s difficult to explain why though but I can say it’s well written because it really is plus the ML is just a really solid guy I love this one scene where he‘s trying to figure out how to comfort the FL and he thinks of his mother hugging him and then it cuts to him stiffly holding his arms up it was so adorable. blatantly smug whenever it’s appropriate.
But without a doubt the FL is the real star she is easily one of the most well written protagonists I’ve ever seen in a regression story. I love that her trauma doesn’t magically disappear, she’s constantly having nightmares, she’s trembling after narrowly escaping assault, she’s exhausted while running from assassins, her schemes actually make sense and I love love love that the central theme “I will never love nor be loved again” is always present with her conflict it’s very cleverly done.
So take it from me someone whose been recently drifting away from the oversaturated genre of high society reincarnation stories, this one is worth trying out.
