We all have embarrassing memories or deep regrets from high school, right? Socially anxious college senior Natsuki Haibara sure does. When he thinks back on that time of his life, all he has are fleeting fantasies of a happy adolescence that could have been. literally a "retry to its own past life" fixing adolescence into fun way, young's problems, psychological problems, love problems, etc. you can think of in fact this is so EVIL! SO EVIL cause it turn into old school romance drama at some point where most girls deserve to be mc's partner THATS how they really nailed it with these girl's progress and screentimes, also don't get the wrong idea thats not the first part where i got hook into this anime it was their dealing the adolescence problems in anime! thats how i realize it was a good GOOD anime,

i don't know what others will ... think of in this anime but for me it was like watching oregairu anime but less brain usage/psychological and more on practical ways on dealing it also more on romance too which was unexpected for me, at these days this will labeled as "harem" where girls fights over mc like some traditional sht that it turn into cliche but old school romance was more than that and this is it! the anime is all about!, ITS SO VILE how good the anime is then shift it into old school romance anime where i love the most, but they still lacking on old school romance vibe just a little, almost there

if they manage to deliver an ending i would be satisfied of that they wouldn't abrupt the ending episode treating the anime season like some kind of "IT WAS PROMOTIONAL FOR THE NOVEL!" kind of sht like it usually does THEN i would rate this 9/10, even if im team childhood friend and she wouldn't get picked its still 9/10 for me but,

Honestly I found it pretty funny. Like its so shit that it's funny you know? There is basically no plot or anything worth telling and it's almost like the story sometimes calls itself bad with how it throws out the names of random tropes. It's basically regression in a high schools setting but the regression isn't even to fix much? The mc had a good life even before he regressed. This is like if I asked god to regress me because I was hungry on February 2nd 2021 and my stomach rumbled in class. Ts is not that deep that I need to be REGRESSING ... to change the past. Also he lowkey becomes buff way too fast, idk the exact timelines but how does one get abs in a few months? But then again why am I asking for realism to my japanese cartoons?

This show is just so.. Absolutely nothing. It follows a protaganist who believes he wasted his high school years and gets a chance to restart his high school career. As soon as he is sent back in time he immdently gets a ripped body, becomes super social, makes alot of friends and just instantly fixes everything that he thought was wrong.

He finds a girl who is into him and barely has to grapple with anything in his past, and even when he does he's like a super soldier and a god at everything. He 'befriends' a guy he had beef with in the past, ... who is very good at basketball, and then just easily beats him in a 1v1 despite never actually playing with people acording to the dialogue.

He goes from a loser to mr perfect and there is just NO plot at all since he's just fixed every detail that he belived was bad in the very first episode. So the remainder of this show is just about nothing most likely. Nothing burger conflicts to fill out the 12 episode length.

The animation is generic, the plot non existant, the romance meh, the characters cliche with a mary sue protaganist.
3/10 very bad show, idk why you'd watch this.
