Synopsis

Wakaba Asahina is a shy and slightly awkward girl. She is coerced by her classmates as a punishment game to confess to Haruto Iruma, the number one most hated boy in school. Though her relationship with Haruto starts out with an air of gloom for Wakaba, her depressing school life is dyed with color when she discovers that they share more in common than what she thinks.

Purifying mangaaaa!

A beautiful story of two outcasts who find love through a twisted turn of fate. From a girl who is made to play a punishment game by her classroom bullies, to confessing her love to the most hated boy in her year despite not holding any feeling for him, a beatutiful relationship begins to grow.

While the plot may be predictable at times, it’s incredibly wholesome and heartwarming. The slice of life aspect really brings out the best in both characters, as it shows their day to day journey from strangers to lovers. Hey everyone! As always, I’ll keep this review short and to the point.

This manga is an absolute gem in the romance genre. It captures all the essential emotions that tug at your heartstrings, and the story is undeniably wholesome. I was especially drawn to the male protagonist—his personality is genuinely likable, and his backstory hints at meaningful character development. The female lead is also very well written; I personally love her personality and the way she's portrayed throughout the series.

- Only 18 chapters, so you won't waste much time reading this.
- Some of the characters and side characters are well written, relateable or endearing.

Cons:
- The art is a little lackluster on many of the characters and the backgrounds.
- The pacing and narration starts of being good, but the latter third is very inconsistent in this regard.
- The male and female lead are both extremely unrealistic in how they handle their social interactions. Many authors forgets, that being bullied will make you thread careful about other peoples motives. Wanting to fit in, while being shy of conflicts are fine traits, but these characters take this ...
